Return & Refund Policy

 

PRODUCT RETURNS. Within 30 days of receiving your Order, you may return any Product that is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, for a refund. Buy Auto Supply reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these requirements in its sole discretion. If we have made an error on your Order, we will refund to you the shipping cost.

Returns Process:

1. The Product to be returned must be in its original, unopened, unused condition and must be complete, including all parts and packaging.
2. Call or send us an email requesting a return authorization number.

3. Write the return authorization number on the original packing slip, or a separate piece of paper with your name, address, email and phone number and include with the return.
4. Repackage the item in the original packaging.
5. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box.
6. Ship the item back to Buy Auto Supply.

When we have received and processed the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the original purchase in the amount of the Product plus any applicable tax. We refund the original shipping and handling costs only if the return is due to an error that we have made.

SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FROM Buy Auto Supply. The return options listed are the only remedies provided by Buy Auto Supply, and our sole responsibility regarding the Products, replacing all other remedies by contract, law, or equity.
