Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. High order volumes may cause delays.
Shipping Methods: We use USPS, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Express. Tracking numbers are provided via email once orders are shipped.
Shipping Rates for USA Shipments:
$10.99 for orders under $95. **Free** shipping on orders over $95.
We do not offer overnight shipping – If you would like us to ship overnight on your account please contact us to arrange 602-449-1010
Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days. Delays may occur due to external factors like COVID-19, Holidays or Weather.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO: We ship to US addresses, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Canadian Shipping: Shipping costs cover transportation only; additional fees may apply.
Customs and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes.
Damages: We are not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. Save all packaging and contact us to file a claim.
Incorrect Addresses: We validate shipping addresses at checkout. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Missing or Stolen Shipments:
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
